中部地区オバセックでは、安井名誉会長や駒田会長を中心に中部地区幹部で「月の会」という懇親会を年2回開催しているとのことです。毎回出席者の一人が女装することになっているそうで、今回もお一人が女装されている写真も送られてきたのですが、一寸ご紹介するには耐えられない代物（失礼！）なので差し障りのない写真だけを掲載させて頂きます。
今回の参加者は、安井隆豊（HILC/64）、藤田紀一郎（KOLC/65）、大原康之（WALC/66）、駒田邦男（NALC/72）、内海 修（NZLC/72）、北原裕一（NALC/74）、山内登美雄（KOLC/74）、名倉裕一郎（NZLC/79）、坂倉弘康（NALC/83）の９名でした。
Dear friends AIESEC ALUMNI,
when our Founders started AIESEC 56 years ago, they expressed the vision of a world wide association of students, totally independent, therefore able to survive all political crisis among nations and dedicated to international understanding as an attitude inevitable essential for peace and for development.
They were a very small group, only some of them are still alive, and they still care their original vision, all the more that it has proved very very successful indeed.
In Paris, the vision has never died, and we, as a group of ALUMNI have kept alive the intergenerational flame.
We are aware that from the beginning the idea of a senior association was put forward.
Considering that the scale of values which united the graduate students could remain a positive link for professional adults bearing high responsibilities.
We observe that after an average of 5 years of graduate studies, forty to fifty years of diversified responsibilities represent an extraordinary task force to contribute to a better world.
We observe that by itself an alumni association has its own maturity beyond the valuable problems of students years.
Some of us have become experts in their professional field and take daily decisions that influence our world.
Because we worked, as students within AIESEC we share today a capital of common faith and a personal capital of trust and we face the problems of a real world of responsibilities with a sustainable attitude.
We do not want this capital to remain frozen and therefore, we registered a French National AIESEC ALUMNI ASSOCIATION.
Our general assembly last month unanimously approved a motion asking our board to contact other national alumni associations (many exits BUT have no regular contact between each other.
The reason is that they are focused on the student association, which in a way, is an easy way out of many pending professional issues.
We offer you a direct contact with our national alumni association, this is a mature networking.
The student organisation delegated Svetlana, as an alumni coordinator, bright mind as she is, she described to us the organisational efforts of the student association to gather a general database of alumni.
It is a valuable effort and they collected so far roughly10% of the concerned population.
This could be a first contribution to a global alumni network which should have its own purpose.(obviously with cooperation with the student association) but independent .
This is a prerequisite for efficiency.
We are not representatives of a student association. We are the fathers we, year after year, built the name and its image.
We are father heirs, and collective owners of that image.
We made it success full in its particular field of education.
Today we certainly can extend it to the decision making of our economies (private and public sectors,) in the complexity of diversified fields.
We would like to open a red line contact with you, listen to your reaction, and gradually investigate fields of cooperation.
This is a free and true hand, an open door with the hope a reciprocal attitude before the birth of diversified projects and globally supported.

上智大LCのOB会が6月16日（金）に Party＆Dining Bar Ｒａｆｆｉｎｅ というお店にて開催され、OB総勢18名、現役25名（研修生を含む）の計43名が参加しました。当日の写真が届きましたのでご覧ください。

2000年度よりアイセック・ジャパンの会長をお引受け頂き、現役AIESECerの御指導をして頂いていた鵜野公郎慶応義塾大学教授が先月30日を以って任期を終了され、後任として、これまでも長年に亘って副会長としてご指導頂いていた椿弘次早稲田大学教授に7月1日より会長をお引受け頂くことになりました。また、第23代日本委員会委員長で、現在は慶應義塾大学総合政策学部教授の國領 二郎氏（TOLC/1982)が新たに理事に就任されました。

７月３日（月）１９：００から第５回目となるオバセック・バンコク会を市内のバナナハウスにて開催致しました。今回は８月初めに帰国される上島広一氏（KGLC/75）の送別会、シンガポールから当地に移って来られた川添華子さん（TOLC/98）の歓迎会も兼ね集まりました。上島先輩は今日本で最も旬の名古屋の責任者として戻られるとのことで、皆で益々の御活躍を祈念致しました。又川添さんは今回奥様のみでしたが次回は是非御夫婦で参加戴ける様日程調整したいと思います。
日系進出企業数、派遣従業員数において圧倒的に多いはずの当地OB会が何故シンガポールより小規模なのかとの議論になりましたが明快なる回答は出ませんでした。当地発行のミニコミ誌にOB会連絡先の掲載は適宜続いていますが（幹事は何度も掲載されている事実を昨日まで知りませんでした）、川添さんからの連絡以降残念乍ら何方からも問合わせはありません。こじんまりとはしてますが、引き続き飽きないようにOB会を開催して行く積りです。尚、次回は１０月頃の予定です。（幹事：谷本）
お二人以外の出席者は、坂田昌鴻氏（DOLC/67）、大芦義男氏（TOLC/67）、谷本 敦氏（KOLC/81） の常連3名で、このほかのバンコック在住者、AGLC/95の恩田知広氏とKTLC/98の下村勝紀氏は、残念ながらお仕事の関係で欠席でした。どなたかほかにもバンコック在住者をご存知の方はご連絡をお願い致します。（事務局）
6月29日、既報どおりに、札幌におきまして北海道のアイセックＯＢにお集まりいただいた「第１回サロン・ド・アイセックin札幌」を開催いたしました。

お店は吉中ゆかこさん（商大 96年）の経営している「札幌dining いま家」でした。
ＯＢ１０人、現役２人の計１２人が参加ということになりました。初めて顔を合わせるメンバーがほとんどでしたが、なかなか盛り上がりました。後半は遅れて参加してきた現役のお２人に研修権をあげるための戦略を授けるなどＯＢと現役の交流も増えていきそうです。
日本委員会で活躍されていた大竹さんにもご参加いただきました。北海道以外でアイセック活動をされていた方も転勤等で北海道にいらっしゃっている方がいるとのことなので、こういった方々ともコンタクトをとっていきたいと思います。
今後は３ヶ月に１回ほどのペースで続けていけるよう努力したいと思います。次回は９月くらいでしょうか。皆様今後ともどうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。

北海道のＯＢをつなぐメーリングリストを２００５年８月に開設しました。現在５０名ほどの方々にご登録いただいておりますが、まだまだ一部のＯＢの方々の登録にとどまっております。
ぜひ、北海道でアイセック活動をされていた方々、および北海道以外でアイセック活動をされていらっしゃったご経験をお持ちで、現在北海道在住の方々にひとりでも多くご登録いただき、ＯＢの輪を広げていこうと思っております。
